About the role

This position will support the C-130J Program in Saudi Arabia as a Fleet Logistics Support Representative (LSR).

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems.
  • Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts.
  • Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations.
  • Responds to military service inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations; understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information management systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification; resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.
  • Serves as the primary liaison for supply-support inquiries, ensuring that contractual obligations are met while aligning with customer expectations.
  • Demands a self-directed, proactive mindset to anticipate and mitigate supply-chain challenges before they impact operations, thereby preventing escalation.
  • Co-located with the customer, the individual must excel in a collaborative team environment, working closely with both customer personnel and internal stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities.
  • Prepares and delivers concise oral and written reports that summarize status, performance metrics, and any emerging issues, while continuously monitoring processes to uphold smooth operations and strict compliance with contractual requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience with demonstrated expertise in supply-chain logistics and warehouse inventory management.
  • Proven track record of expediting customer orders and material to satisfy urgent and Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP).
  • Direct experience supporting U.S. Government and/or foreign-military operational sites.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, metric development, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Proficient with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Holds a valid, unrestricted passport.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.

Desired Skills

  • Proven experience as a Field Service or Logistics Support Representative, preferably with international deployments and demonstrated expertise in import/export customs procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with foreign nationals and navigate diverse cultural environments.
  • Superior communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning and logistics management platforms, specifically SAP and GOLD.
  • Skilled in data analysis, metric development, and the creation of actionable performance reports.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $72,500.00 - $134,600.00

Schedule

For Washington state applicants only: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
