About the Opportunity:The LOGISTICS SUPPORT AGENT role is integral to maintaining smooth and timely patient account workflows through fulfillment and shipping processes. This position ensures that delays and issues are identified and resolved promptly by collaborating with internal teams and directly communicating with patients as needed. The role contributes to operational efficiency and patient satisfaction by managing high-volume accounts with accuracy and accountability.
