Responsibilities
- Communicate production timelines to ensure timely shipments
- Track shipments and coordinate with 3PL partners
- Cook up purchase orders in ERP systems like NetSuite
- Cross-departmental collaboration to meet Go to Market deadlines
- Analyze transit data and handle duty classifications
- Reconcile invoices and identify process improvements
- Support business goals through supply chain optimization
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years logistics experience and project management
- Experience with B2B accounts and ERP systems, especially NetSuite
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field preferred
