Logistics Specialist- Auditor

The Quality Auditor is responsible to perform audits, inspecting, evaluating, and reporting on the overall quality and effectiveness of all facility processes and procedures. We currently have both 1st and 2nd shift available. Come join the team in Shepherdsville KY!

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of vendor-supplied materials and document results
• Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures throughout the operation
• Report vendor issues both internally and externally
• Place product on quality hold when necessary, complete the appropriate reports, and provide information to the Shift QA Lead
• Perform sort and rework projects
• Run and maintain quality reports
• Assist the PACE room and production lines
• Provide training to employees on quality programs, processes, and reporting requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience in a quality-related role
• Ability to perform job-related calculations as required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly independent and results-oriented
• Must be able to read and comprehend written English to perform essential job functions and adhere to safety requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of the Ciel system

Pay

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package.
