Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Specialist works closely with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, streamline logistics processes, and support overall warehouse efficiency. This position reports to the Director of Logistics, or another management personnel designated by the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inbound from the factory
• Manage and monitor outbound shipments to the customer
• Manage and monitor inventories for all inbound and outbound operations
• Report any incidents at the warehouse to supervisor in a timely manner to be resolved
• Arrange delivery schedule according to the customer’s requirements and work with warehouse
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management

Requirements

• High School/GED with 0-2 years of experience within warehouse, logistics, or related scope
• Bilingual in Korean and/or Spanish preferred
• Warehouse experience
• Logistics experience
• MS Office experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.
