Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of inventory management system inputs and outputs and suggest improvements.
- Offer guidance and help to users; resolve complex issues; and ensure minimal disruption to users' inventory management tasks.
- Recognize needs for additional user training and initiate actions like defining new training requirements. Conduct both group and individual training sessions.
- Create, update, and manage a detailed list of technical issues and their solutions. Manage account access and equipment usage within the inventory management system.
- Operate a forklift as necessary to load and unload from vehicles and store equipment on shelving.
Qualifications
- Hold a forklift certification.
- Maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
- Have at least three years of experience with logistics of tactical communications and AIS equipment.
