Logistics Specialist

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipper Letter of Instruction
• Filing International Export information through ACE
• Crate and pack sensitive high-value material for domestic and international shipments
• Loading and unloading semi-trailers
• Arrange domestic and international shipments with customers and carriers
• Maintain tracking log of all shipments coming through the shipping department
• Create efficiencies for shipping department

Qualifications

• College Forklift operations, shipping and receiving experience
• Customs filing experience
• Computer experience: ERP system experience - Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Excel
