What You'll Do
- Manage Transportation & Freight Operations
- Cook up inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.
- Optimize Load Planning
- Analyze shipments, customer locations, and transportation routes to maximize truckload utilization and improve logistics efficiency.
- Own Shipment Execution
- Utilize freight booking platforms and transportation systems to schedule, track, and manage shipments from origin to destination.
- Support Trade & Logistics Activities
- Manage inbound trade logistics and transportation planning while ensuring products move seamlessly throughout the supply chain.
- Drive Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve transportation workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure logistics activities support overall business objectives.
What You Bring
- Proven logistics and transportation experience
- Hands-on experience coordinating freight and shipments
- Experience using freight booking platforms and transportation systems
- Understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with trade logistics (preferred)
