Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prioritize the daily workload to minimize the impact of external constraints, such as carrier pick-up times.
  • Work directly with the sales team to maintain the accuracy of field inventory records.
  • Have strong relationship-building skills to integrate into a diverse sales organization.
  • Ensure data integrity in the ERP system and manage orders consistently with Sales priorities, communicating order status.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • ERP experience desired
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, preferably QAD
  • Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations/standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent personnel management and time management, as well as the ability to perform duties with minimal staff and administrative support
  • Take initiative, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
  • Handle a multi-task job and appropriately prioritize
  • Interpret and apply policies and procedures appropriately
  • The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactional accounting flows in an ERP environment, including receipts, inventory, adjustments, revenue, and COGS
  • Medical device industry experience is strongly preferred
