Logistics / Sourcing Specialist 2

About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Houston, TX with a hybrid schedule of Monday through Thursday on-site and Friday remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Research and evaluate new suppliers and products
• Develop and maintain procurement strategies and processes
• Prepare and analyze purchase orders and invoices
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
