Responsibilities

• Leading design, planning, and routing strategies to improve mileage efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance transportation modes.
• Collaborating with 3PL providers, carriers, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement, analyze data, and resolve operational challenges.
• Developing metrics to monitor carrier performance and leading meetings to implement improvement plans.
• Managing project plans to meet cost and efficiency goals, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and communicating progress to leadership.
• Utilizing data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL) and reporting systems to support decision-making.
• Making decisions on transportation solutions, managing stakeholders, and working flexibly to address critical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain flow, logistics systems, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
