About the role

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of logistics processes within the company. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating transportation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Coordinate transportation logistics, including arranging shipping and delivery schedules, and managing carriers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to logistics operations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to maintain cost-effective and reliable supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
