About the role
Supports logistics by performing administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Performs a combination of manual and system-based inventory control, cycle counting, and material verification activities.
- Conducts daily cycle counts and inventory audits within SAP (PR2) and physical warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy and material integrity.
- Uses SAP and other warehouse management systems to track, verify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Investigates inventory variances and works cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to identify and correct root causes.
- Maintains accurate inventory records and ensures proper material location control within the warehouse and system environment.
- Processes inventory-related transactions and documentation in SAP as required.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, material flow, warehouse efficiency, and process standardization.
- Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Retrieves, stores, and relocates materials utilizing appropriate warehouse equipment and established procedures.
- Supports warehouse organization, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S standards.
- Assists with other inventory, logistics, and distribution support functions as assigned.
Requirements

Pay
Competitive base salary: $40,400 – $60,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits.
