Logistics Coordinator (PM Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting, adjusting, and maintaining the delivery schedule of bulk cryogenic gases.
- Ensuring uninterrupted supply of bulk gases to internal and external customers and handling diverse issues in a timely manner.
- Extensive communication and coordination with production, distribution, and sales departments within Airgas.
- Supporting the Airgas Merchant Gases safety culture and assisting in safe deliveries while adhering to DOT rules and regulations.
- Utilizing multiple computer-based tools such as ALTO scheduling software, PeopleNet, SCADA, PI Vision, and PowerBI
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work any 12 hour shifts, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to problem-solve and quickly research solutions
- Excellent organizational skills in time management and resource allocation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree with emphasis in operations management, logistics or business administration is preferred
- Two Years Of Prior Relevant Experience
- Prior Experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred
