Logistics Coordinator, International Freight

About the role

Xometry is seeking an individual to support its growing Logistics Department. This role involves assisting with international and domestic shipment quoting, coordination, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Determine cost and pricing, develop procedures, and ensure compliance with international freight shipments
• Prepare shipping requests for quotes, analyze rates and routings, and manage U.S. and foreign shipments
• Ensure regulatory requirements and document accuracy for shipments
• Oversee billing and profit tracking based on agreed pricing
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Develop and manage transportation techniques and relationships with suppliers and carriers
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Maintain customer service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics
• Extensive experience with major carriers and international freight forwarders
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to think innovatively and execute tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $42,000 - $55,000 annually. Additional benefits include a 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off, EAP, and more. Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
