Logistics Coordinator

Job Requirements

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store materials.
• Identify, communicate, and process product returns.
• Scan and store material documentation, ensuring Certificates of Conformance (CofC) are on file.
• Pull and issue materials for job kits and deliver them to production.
• Auxiliary duties such as assisting team members with part resolution.
• Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift and jib crane.
• Packaging outgoing products per required customer documentation, weighing shipments, and loading them on trucks.
• Removing trash and recycling, storing materials properly, and managing inventory in Kardex or shelves.
• Processing part requests and returns to stock, managing kits (red, yellow, green), and processing material RMAs.
• Optimizing Kardex bins and printing/applying material labels.
• Other jobs and tasks as needed.
