Responsibilities
- Processes chamber/warranty shipments using the company ERP system and (UPS/FedEx) shipping programs.
- Uses Microsoft Word and Excel to create the bill of lading, manifest, and packing slip for shipments.
- Prepares USMCA, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin documents using existing template from the government or created by ESPEC.
- Creates shipping labels using Microsoft Excel, Word, and DYMO program.
