Logistics Coordinator - 2nd Shift

About the Role

This position provides semi-complex clerical support to logistics management, focusing on data entry, SAP transactions, and logistics documentation. You'll report to the Logistics Manager and take day-to-day operational direction from Logistics Supervisor(s).

Responsibilities

• Review and complete reoccurring SAP transactions.
• Monitor internal and external water levels.
• Review and provide updates on sequence as needed.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Foreman to determine root cause for any discrepancies.
• Ensure items are properly kitted and production orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate daily inbound shipments for parcel, air freight, LTL, and truckload shipments.
• Compile and maintain records such as time, date, quantity, source, and destination of materials received or kitted.
• Participate in inventory audits to detect discrepancies.
• Perform semi-complex work within the area of import documentation support.
• Compile and maintain receiving documentation, including bills of lading, pro forma invoices, commercial invoices, country of origin certificates, and other required customs documentation.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SAP transactions.
• Working knowledge of Excel and/or other MS Office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 2-5 years of experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
