Logistics Clerk (2nd Shift)
Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operations ensuring service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to manage, solve, and execute effectively.
- Activities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies, aligning SAP and warehouse management system data accurately.
- Analyze and verify capacity utilization, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure punctual and complete deliveries to trading partners, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities, focusing on shelf-life and reducing write-offs.
- Support continuous improvement projects and tenders, and handle peak management tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal departments, schedule carrier appointments, build outbound loads, receive inbound packaging shipments, and ensure correct systematic handling.
- Operate telehandlers for loading/unloading or as requested from other departments, and perform additional clerical duties for shipping offices.
Requirements
- A high school diploma at minimum.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain functions, generally as an asset.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP R3.
- Flexibility to work any shifts.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Enjoy teamwork and analytical thinking.
Qualifications
