Clerk, Logistics - Warehouse - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team at our Riverside warehouse. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support warehouse, shipping, and administrative operations by coordinating material movement, processing documentation through the plant MRP system, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Cook up material and finished-goods movement using the plant MRP system
• Schedule and support inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely customer service
• Prepare reports, documents, labels, and shipping materials to support warehouse accuracy
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, plant, and inventory teams to support shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support timely adjustments with inventory control
• Uphold food safety, quality, legality, and housekeeping standards across assigned work areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and use SAP or similar MRP systems
• Ability to perform administrative and warehouse-related tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $20 – $24

Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2PM – 10:30PM
Weekend availability: Based on production needs
