Job Overview

Freight Broker - Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) division seeks a Logistics Broker in Green Bay to source carrier capacity, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of freight to customers.

Responsibilities

• Become a transportation industry expert through a comprehensive training program.
• Promote Schneider’s state-of-the-art technology by coaching carriers on its use.
• Negotiate rates with carriers, prospect new carriers, and strengthen relationships with existing carriers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Show excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Problem-solve creatively and confidently speak with carriers.
• Comfortable learning and using new technology.
• Excited about selling digital solutions to carriers.
