Logistics Administrator I

Basic Job Functions

• Oversight and control of inbound and outbound traffic
• Effectively tracking all personnel coming onto and leaving the site
• Ensuring all visitors have signed gate agreements
• Ensuring contractors have watched all necessary safety videos
• Working closely with the shipping department and sales department to assist with truck scheduling and coordination

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Basic computer skills (ex. Microsoft Office)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous scale experience or equivalent experience
• Bi-Lingual (a plus)
