Summary

The Project Logistics Administrator assists the Project Teams in weekly material reporting, filing and documentation, material ordering & receiving, and invoice processing.

Requirements

- Requests, tracks, and maintains purchase orders & purchase order changes, as needed. - Inspects, documents, tracks, and registers project material arrivals with confirmation from the Project Team. - Supports payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication. - Requests, tracks, maintains and consolidates required vendor and supplier documentation, as needed. - Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected. - Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures. - Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude. - Works with site team to reconcile material/inventory discrepancies, under the direction of the Project Manager.

Safety

Ensures that safety is the most important function, follows safe practices while working. Reinforces safe behaviors and eliminates “at-risk” behaviors. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly. Ensures Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) occurs before scopes of work commence. Adheres to and understands standard operating procedures. Receives job- and task-specific training prior to work commencing. Follows technical, quality and safety systems in place and determines appropriate action. Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.

Qualifications

- Highschool Diploma or GED, required. - Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business -related field, preferred. - Valid Driver's License, preferred. - Ability to travel 95-100% domestically, required. - 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable/receivable and construction experience, preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel including the use of pivot tables, and Word (including document formatting), as well as Outlook and PowerPoint - Experience with business accounting and accounting systems required. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Ability to work independently - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high quality, positive interfaces with Project Controls team members and project teams.

Pay

Anticipated base salary range: $27.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Physical requirements and environment

Rarely: Climbing, Crouching, Kneeling, Pulling (5-15lbs), Pushing (5-15lbs), Lifting (5-15lbs), Stooping is required. Occasionally: Carrying (5-15lbs), Gripping, Handling, Pinching, Walking is required. Frequently: Standing is required. Constantly: Reading, Grasping, Hearing, Reaching, Vision, Repetitive Motion, Sitting is required. Not present is vibration in the working environment. Occasionally exposed to noise and hazards in the working environment.

Physical Demands

Rarely exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat, humidity, wet in the working environment. Occasionally exposed to noise and hazards in the working environment.
