Logistics Administrator
Description
The Transportation Operations Representative is responsible for executing daily operational tasks related to shipment management, customer and carrier communication, and system data accuracy. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this role supports end-to-end transportation processes while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, activate, and manage transportation orders and shipments.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with carriers and customers.
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time performance and issue resolution.
- Provide shipment updates and transportation information to customers and carriers.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced operational environment supporting a high volume of customers.
- Utilize customer-specific SOPs and workflows to support transportation operations effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members during overnight operations, with leadership support always available on shift.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (for select roles).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Prior experience working in a role requiring high attention to detail.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
