About the role
The Project Logistics Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Teams by handling various administrative tasks such as material reporting, ordering, receiving, and invoice processing.
Responsibilities
- Requests, tracks, and maintains purchase orders & purchase order changes, as needed.
- Inspects, documents, tracks, and registers project material arrivals with confirmation from the Project Team.
- Safeguards payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication.
- Requests, tracks, maintains, and consolidates required vendor and supplier documentation, as needed.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Works with site team to reconcile material/inventory discrepancies, under the direction of the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED, required.
- An associate’s degree in Accounting or Business-related field, preferred.
- A valid driver’s license, preferred.
- Two (2) years of accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and construction experience, preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel including the use of pivot tables, and Word (including document formatting), as well as Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business accounting and accounting systems required.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high quality, positive interfaces with Project Controls team members and project teams.
