About the role

The Project Logistics Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Teams by handling various administrative tasks such as material reporting, ordering, receiving, and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

  • Requests, tracks, and maintains purchase orders & purchase order changes, as needed.
  • Inspects, documents, tracks, and registers project material arrivals with confirmation from the Project Team.
  • Safeguards payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication.
  • Requests, tracks, maintains, and consolidates required vendor and supplier documentation, as needed.
  • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
  • Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Works with site team to reconcile material/inventory discrepancies, under the direction of the Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED, required.
  • An associate’s degree in Accounting or Business-related field, preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license, preferred.
  • Two (2) years of accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and construction experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel including the use of pivot tables, and Word (including document formatting), as well as Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business accounting and accounting systems required.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high quality, positive interfaces with Project Controls team members and project teams.

  • Participates in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) before scopes of work commence.
  • Follows technical, quality and safety systems in place and determines appropriate action.
