Logistics Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator who will work closely with the Sales and Finance team to ensure the daily effectiveness of the overall release and allocation of vehicles. The candidate will be a key member of the Chery Head Office, ensuring that key outputs are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate and release dealer vehicle orders.
  • Follow up with finance to ensure financial releasing of vehicles.
  • Liaise with DMS HQ on any stock/system orders.
  • Allocate stock as needed.
  • Manage any damaged vehicles during transportation.
  • Daily WS and RT reporting.
  • Manage the OEM’s overall stockholding between different yards.
  • Ensure all Omoda and Jaecoo vehicles arrive on time, are delivered to the right location, and meet quality requirements in the most cost-effective way.
  • Oversee the transportation and distribution of vehicles from the manufacturer to the port and to various dealers within prescribed SLA’s.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Automotive background is non-negotiable.
