Logistics Administrator
About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Administrator who will work closely with the Sales and Finance team to ensure the daily effectiveness of the overall release and allocation of vehicles. The candidate will be a key member of the Chery Head Office, ensuring that key outputs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Allocate and release dealer vehicle orders.
- Follow up with finance to ensure financial releasing of vehicles.
- Liaise with DMS HQ on any stock/system orders.
- Allocate stock as needed.
- Manage any damaged vehicles during transportation.
- Daily WS and RT reporting.
- Manage the OEM’s overall stockholding between different yards.
- Ensure all Omoda and Jaecoo vehicles arrive on time, are delivered to the right location, and meet quality requirements in the most cost-effective way.
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of vehicles from the manufacturer to the port and to various dealers within prescribed SLA’s.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Automotive background is non-negotiable.
