Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, resolve transport issues, and ensure goods arrive on time
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (bills of lading, certificates of weight, invoices, purchase requests) and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
- Enter logistics data into specialized software, maintain shipment logs, and update inventory databases.
- Identify and solve logistics issues such as delays, documentation errors, or inventory discrepancies.
- Schedule transportation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with logistics reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, & Excel.
- Comfort using workplace technologies, navigating digital platforms, and learning new systems quickly.
- Keeping records, maintaining systems, and following structured workflows
- Sharp organizational skills
