Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, resolve transport issues, and ensure goods arrive on time
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (bills of lading, certificates of weight, invoices, purchase requests) and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Enter logistics data into specialized software, maintain shipment logs, and update inventory databases.
  • Identify and solve logistics issues such as delays, documentation errors, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Schedule transportation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with logistics reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, & Excel.
  • Comfort using workplace technologies, navigating digital platforms, and learning new systems quickly.
  • Keeping records, maintaining systems, and following structured workflows
  • Sharp organizational skills

Shift

M-F / 8 AM - 4:30 PM
