Logistics Account Coordinator

Full-time position in Des Plaines, IL, supporting an Account Representative team in day-to-day operations to develop, maintain, and grow accounts. Ideal for someone aspiring to a customer sales role or long-term sales support career.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer information and accurately build loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS), Revenova.
• Schedule shipments for pickup and delivery, providing excellent customer service and timely updates via phone and email.
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators to obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and tracking information.
• Assist in quoting customers, adapting to freight market conditions, and resolving operational obstacles.
• Demonstrate adaptability, knowledge, and resourcefulness to solve customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a high call volume environment preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Exceptional team player with a sense of urgency.

First week of paid training may be held at BM2’s headquarters in Covington, KY (flight and lodging paid by BM2).
