About the role
We are seeking a physician experienced in high-risk pregnancy and delivery management. This role involves responding to hotel pager calls within 30 minutes, managing approximately 20 patients per shift with assigned rounding, and handling diverse delivery cases such as C-sections, breech deliveries, and VBAC.
Responsibilities
- Respond to hotel pager calls within 30 minutes
- Manage approximately 20 patients per shift with assigned rounding
- Handle diverse delivery cases, including C-sections, breech deliveries, and VBAC
- Perform operative and major laparoscopic procedures, with a focus on high-risk cases
- Manage 750 deliveries annually
- Coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes
Requirements
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong clinical expertise in high-risk pregnancy and delivery management
