Locums Neurosurgeon

About the role

Experienced physician specializing in complex spine cases, including spinal surgery with and without instrumentation, and ICP monitor placement. Manage both inpatient and outpatient settings, handle a caseload of approximately 5 patients per shift, and provide coverage during weekday and weekend hours, including night and 24-hour weekend call.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinic duties and perform complex spine procedures
• Ensure continuity of patient care
• Provide high-quality neurosurgical care
• Participate in complex spine procedures and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical standards

Requirements

• Proven expertise in spinal surgery, instrumentation, and ICP monitoring
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage inpatient and outpatient cases
• Readiness for on-call responsibilities
