About the role
Seeking a neurosurgeon for in-house call coverage with general and adult neurosurgery skills in a stroke‑certified hospital.
Responsibilities
- Call coverage: 3‑7 days/month with a 15‑minute response time
- Inpatient rounding in a hospital setting
- Managing approximately 15 patients per shift and 2‑5 phone consults daily
- Performing spinal surgeries without instrumentation, including cervical and thoracic procedures
- Providing coverage, inpatient care, and consults within a dynamic healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general and adult neurosurgery, with spinal surgery expertise
- Ability to respond promptly to calls and consults
- Strong communication skills and clinical competence
