Responsibilities include managing new births, rounding, and handling complications. Patient care involves managing an average of 3 patients per shift, with 3 phone consults and admissions each.

Schedule
Regular schedule is Monday-Wednesday, 7am-4pm, with no call requirements. However, when on call, duties involve 24-hour coverage from 7am to 7am.
