Locum Tenens - Interventional Cardiology

About the Role

Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, including general cardiology and interventional procedures. Manage a caseload of approximately 15 patients per shift, with responsibilities including patient admissions, phone consultations, and on-call duties. Work collaboratively in a team setting, covering two weeks per month with flexible hours from 7am to 7am. Utilize Cerner and Athena EMRs for documentation and patient management.

Requirements

• Active Alaska medical license
• Experience in interventional and general cardiology
• Willingness to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ability to handle call duties, manage patient admissions, and perform phone consultations efficiently
