- Board-certified or truly board eligible
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient cardiology services, including urgent procedures such as caths, pacemakers, STEMIs, echos, and EP calls.
- Cover both weekday and weekend hospital services, with EP coverage included.
- Hold the pager during assigned shifts and assist with urgent inpatient cases and consults.
- Average patient load of 15 patients per shift.
Schedule
- Cover approximately 10 days/month, with flexibility for two 5-day stretches or one 10-day stretch, including weekends.
Skills
- TEE proficiency required.
- Experience with Epic EMR.
- Licensure pending.
