About the role

A versatile physician position encompassing both inpatient and outpatient care, including admissions, rounding, and a broad range of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cover 10 on-call shifts per month
• Manage general, pediatric, and trauma surgeries
• Perform laparoscopic procedures (e.g., appendectomy, cholecystectomy)
• Conduct GI endoscopies (upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy)
• Handle potential chest wall, breast, and hand surgeries
• Manage ventilation
• Provide clinic work and elective case coverage
• Deliver surgical care across diverse patient populations

Requirements

• Hospital privileges
• Ability to provide paid malpractice insurance
• Relevant surgical expertise
• Proficiency in endoscopy
• Hospital credentialing
