Job Responsibilities
- Uses sledgehammer to drive pins
- Uses pick and shovel to dig
- Hooks up trailers
- Fastens attachments to equipment
- Aids other materials, mixes mortar mix, bolts, nails, and aligns
- Bolts, nails, and aligns under forms
- Measures distances from grade stakes, drives stakes, and stretches tight line
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Dedicated to working safely at all times
- Able to work safely outdoors in varying weather conditions, including prolonged exposure (8-12 hours) to high temperatures and humidity
- Able to handle exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods
- Able to walk on uneven terrain, slopes, and loose material
- Able to perform manual labor and lifting
- Able to operate or work around heavy equipment
- Self-motivated individuals must be able to perform required duties without constant supervision
- Able to perform a variety of duties, some of which may include site clean-up, maintenance, operating equipment, and other duties as assigned
- Must be able to learn quickly
- Willing to work weekends and overtime
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
