Locum Tenens Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Associate

This role involves providing cardiothoracic surgery coverage as a Physician Assistant in an acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities include assisting surgeons during surgical cases, managing clinical documentation via the EPIC EMR system, and participating in weekend rounding and on-call duties.The position requires on-site presence with weekday OR hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Call coverage is mandatory, including weekend responsibilities as first call and rounding.Qualifications include relevant clinical skills and experience in a surgical environment; prescriptive authority is not required; certification is not specified.
