About the role
A Locums Pediatric Hospitalist is needed in Northeast, KS.
Responsibilities
- Basic rounding, admits, discharges from Nursery
- Two to three deliveries daily
- Nursery Level II patients, transfers higher level cases
- Perform circumcisions, lumbar punctures, intubations
- Required to have Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and high-risk/C-section delivery credentials
Requirements

- Nursery Level II credentialing required
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Current Kansas medical license

Schedule
Out-of-house call schedule: 24 hours, 8 AM - 8 PM shifts, 14 shifts per month.
