Locum | Physician Interventional Radiology

About the role

Hospital-based interventional radiology position requiring CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies, para/thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy, embolization, drain/chest tube insertion, and vascular IR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies
• Conduct para/thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, and myelograms
• Insert nephrostomy, perform embolization, and insert drain/chest tubes
• Execute vascular IR procedures
• Handle vacation coverage

Requirements

• M-F 8 am – 5 pm in-house; overnight and weekend call included
• Weekend call: 4 hrs in-house (8 am – 12 pm) plus overnight coverage

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary
