Locum | Physician Interventional Cardiology

About the role

An Interventional Cardiologist is needed for locum help in the operating room at a hospital in Roseburg, OR. The position includes 24-hour call shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, with STEMI call coverage included. Right and left heart procedures, echo and stress interpretation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCI and diagnostic catheterizations
• Conduct right and left heart procedures
• Interpret echocardiograms and stress tests
• Cover leave shifts as needed
• Obtain and maintain hospital privileges

Requirements

• Hospital privileges required
• Required to perform PCI and diagnostic catheterizations
• Experience with right and left heart procedures
• Ability to interpret echocardiograms and stress tests
• Available for 24-hour call shifts

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification

Skills

• PCI and diagnostic catheterization skills
• Right and left heart procedure expertise
• Echocardiogram and stress test interpretation
