Locum | Physician Interventional Cardiology
About the role
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. Night call for STEMI cases with surgical backup. Average of 5 – 7 procedures and 18 – 22 clinic patients per day. Inpatient coverage includes elective procedures, rounding, and ER coverage. Requires full interventional skillset including structural cases.
Responsibilities
- Non-invasive studies: EKG, ECHO, nuclear, vascular ultrasound, Holter monitoring
- TEE experience preferred
Requirements
Full interventional cardiology skillset required. No night call required.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Eligible for Nebraska medical license.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and effective communication.
