About the role
A Wisconsin Facility is seeking a locums Hospitalist to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Scheduled clinical hours only
- 12 – 14 patients per shift
- Inpatient hospital setting
- Both inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Adult and pediatric procedures required
- Intubation and ventilation management skills needed
- Central line and chest tube placement required
- Conscious and deep sedation procedures
Qualifications
- Current medical license in good standing
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
- Experience with intubation, ventilation, central line placement, and sedation procedures
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
