About the role
A Hospitalist is needed for locum tenens help at an academic teaching hospital in Southampton, NY. The position involves managing 15 to 17 patient encounters per day, co-managing an 8-bed ICU and 4-bed CCU, and responding to codes. The shift is from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage 15 to 17 patient encounters per day

Requirements
- A current medical license in good standing
- ACLS certification required
