Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (lunch included).
Responsibilities
- Average 3–9 patients per day with extended one-on-one time
- Nursing-home and assisted-living visits required
- Team-based care with daily interdisciplinary-team (IDT) meetings
- Call rotation is 1:7, primarily telehealth routed to an RN first
- Acute and episodic visits included
- Adult patients only (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine accepted)
