About the role

Outpatient geriatric primary care clinic
16 – 20 patients per day
Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm, no call

Responsibilities

• Well-visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, immunizations
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certification required

Requirements
