Responsibilities

• 24-hour call coverage -- 7a to 7a shifts
• Approximately 14 shifts per month
• Broad scope of general surgery procedures required
• Endoscopy focus -- averaging 12+ cases per week
• 2,100+ surgeries performed per year

Requirements

• ATLS and ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
