Locum CRNA Needed in Northern Virginia - 1098

Location: Herndon, Virginia (North Virginia). Duration: 3‑6 months. Employment type: 1099 Locum / Contract. Shifts: 10‑hour days, no call required. Supervision model: 1:4 ratio. Must have VA license. Credentialing within 30 days. EMR: Epic.

About the role

The CRNA will provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia care for orthopedic cases in an outpatient setting, working within a collaborative anesthesia care team under a 1:4 supervision model.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Virginia (VA license required).
• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred, with proficiency in orthopedic case types.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable.
