Job Summary

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient‑centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well‑supported anesthesia care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia care across various clinical settings for general case types.
• Work collaboratively within an anesthesia care team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Adhere to a supervision model of 1:4 ratio.
• Utilize the SiS EMR system for documentation and workflow.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in North Carolina (must already have NC license).
• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in general case types.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable.
