Locum Anesthesiologist

About the role

Provide anesthesia services across a wide range of cases including OB, ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, GI, GYN, thoracic, CVIR, MRI, endoscopy, and ACS, with minimal pediatric exposure.

Responsibilities

• Cover weekday shifts (10–12 hours)
• Occasional overtime
• Weekday and weekend call duties, including 3rd shift (7 pm–7 am)
• Participate in call rotations
• Adhere to credentialing processes

Requirements

• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Minimum 1 year of post-training experience
• VA license preferred
• Experience with supervision models (preferably 3:1)
• Proficiency with ICARE/EPIC EMR
• Ability to work in a multi-room facility with diverse anesthesia cases
