Locum Anesthesiologist

About the role

We are seeking a Locum Anesthesiologist for ongoing coverage near Manchester, VA. The facility has 14 anesthesia rooms and uses the Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general, orthopedic, and obstetric cases
• Supervise CRNAs at a 1:4 ratio
• Perform your own cases
• Work weekday shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with optional overtime and in-house call
• Weekend on-call (pager) duties

Requirements

• Board certification or fellowship in Anesthesiology
• VA medical license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
• No supervision-only candidates
• Credentialing may take 60+ days
